I am not able to log in / I forgot my password.
The username is the student's PL ID e.g. PL123456.
There is a default password given. If you have forgotten your password, please go to the Parents Portal website and click on "Reset Password" link.

Please key in a new password. It must be a minimum of 8 characters, and contains both uppercase and lowercase letters, and at least one number and one special character.
If you encounter any issues, please create a ticket under the category Login Issue > Password Reset > Parents Portal. Please also include your child's student PL ID in the username/email field.
